Information you provide: name, email, shipping and billing address, phone number, and order details when you create an account, place an order, or contact us.

Payment information: card payments are processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

Automatically collected: device, browser, IP address, and usage data collected through cookies and similar technologies (see our Cookie Policy).

To process and deliver your orders, provide customer support, and send transactional messages.

To send marketing emails where you have opted in — you can unsubscribe at any time.

To improve our website, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.

If you are in the EU or the UK, the GDPR requires us to have a legal basis for each use of your information. Ours are:

Performance of a contract — to take your order, process payment, ship it, deal with returns, and answer questions about it.

Consent — for marketing emails and for optional analytics cookies. You can withdraw consent at any time; that does not affect what we did before you withdrew it.

Legitimate interests — to prevent fraud, keep the site secure, and understand how the shop is used so we can improve it. We weigh these against your rights, and you can object.

Legal obligation — to keep tax, accounting, and consumer-law records for as long as the law requires.

We share information with service providers who help us operate — payment processing, production and shipping partners, email, and analytics — only as needed to provide our services.

If you accept optional analytics cookies, we use Microsoft Clarity to understand aggregate interactions such as page views, clicks, taps, and scrolling so we can improve the storefront. Clarity is not loaded until you opt in, and our checkout flow is excluded from this analytics integration.

We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.

Because we work with production and fulfillment partners abroad, your order information (such as name and shipping address) may be processed outside your country, including in the United States and China, solely to fulfill your order.

Where we transfer personal information out of the EEA or the UK, we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses — with the UK International Data Transfer Addendum where it applies — or another transfer mechanism permitted by law, together with confidentiality and security terms agreed with the recipient.

In the EU and the UK you have the right to ask for a copy of your personal information, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it (including for direct marketing), to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw consent at any time.

In California, the CCPA/CPRA gives you the right to know what we collect, to have it deleted or corrected, and to opt out of sale or sharing. We will never treat you differently for exercising a privacy right.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

To exercise a right, email [email protected] from the address on your order or account, or give us enough detail to find your records. We may ask for information to confirm who you are, so that we do not hand your data to someone else. You may also use an authorised agent.

We reply within one month. If a request is complex, or you have made several, we may take up to two further months and will tell you why within the first month. There is no charge unless a request is clearly unfounded or excessive.

If you are unhappy with how we handled your information, please tell us first so we can put it right. You can also complain to your national data protection authority — in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office.

Our site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

We retain personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described here or as required by law, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect it.

As a guide: order and payment records are kept for the period tax and accounting law requires; account details are kept until you close your account; support messages are kept while they remain useful for your case and any follow-up; and marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe, after which we keep only the minimum needed to remember not to email you again.
