Handmade variation
Our pieces are made by hand, so small differences in colour, texture, and finish between one item and the next are normal and are part of how they are made. Product photographs show a representative piece, and screens render colour differently, so the item you receive will vary slightly from the images.
Where you supply a photograph, engraved text, or other personalisation, we reproduce what you send us. Please check spelling and image quality before you confirm, because production starts from your submission.
Care and intended use
Follow the care and use instructions shown on the product page or supplied with your piece — for example whether an item is safe for the dishwasher, microwave, or oven. We cannot be responsible for damage caused by use outside those instructions.
